Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid credit card is required to guarantee your booking.

Cancellation

Cancellation policies vary by rate type. Best Available Rates allow cancellation up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Advance Purchase rates are non-refundable.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: 3:00 PM · Check-out: 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

Payment

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes and service charges unless otherwise stated.

Hotel Policies

New Majestic Hotel is a non-smoking property. Pets are not permitted, with the exception of service animals.

Liability

The hotel is not liable for loss or damage to personal property. Please use the in-room safe for valuables.
